I'm not used to doing abstracts at all, and really wonder how this will score, but it was fun to do.
We put three soup spoons on a sheet of tin foil, in a baking dish, on a chair outside in the sun, and held the flexible windshield protector from B's car over everything, to diffuse the sunlight.
Rawshooter Essentials is responsible for the rest.....playing around with fill light, "strong outdoor" setting, colour temperature and tint, with shadow contrast on max, and highlight contrast on minimum levels. That's it.
On to Photoshop, to just resize, minor USM, save for web, and border.
Hold thumbs to see how it rates through the week.... |

This is so mysterious and microscopic looking. I love being transported into a mysterious world. |

Definitely an abstract, I have absolultely no clue what I'm looking at :) Nice symmetry and color hues and texture. Now, I'm not saying it is, but it looks to me as if a photoshop filter has been applied rather strongly. I guess I'll just check this out again when the results are posted. :) |
