 an escalator in the Nat'l Gallery of Art, East Building. My prediction is that anal voters will take this to task for it not COMPLETELY filling all blank spots in the frame. . . But screw 'em ;) ..

Converted to BW and slightly sepia'd.

Beautiful! The b/w works really well here. I love the shiny sides of the mechanical steps.
It is interesting how we finished "side by side" in the last two challenges. Great minds think alike :)))

I'm very fond of the lines in this, I like shots of escalators. Your choice of bw really does justice to the shiny chrome, and I like how the shot is balanced.

This is a fantastic photo for this week's challenge, the sepia works so well. I like the effect of the reflections in the sides giving the impression of many escalators side by side. One of my favourites so far - 10.
