The photo is not what the viewer should have fear of. Instead it should be what it represents. The skeleton here represents death. This figurine is about 1.25" call. That's just over 3cm tall.

Nice statue/toy.

Wonderful lighting. You've done a very good job in turning a corny shot into a really effective one. I'd have liked to see this coming from a little lower of an angle -- giving us that diminutive, fearful feeling.

You could've put some graveyard or ghosts in the background.

well, this doesn't even begin to scare me. I will still be able to sleep tonight even though your demon didn't brush his teeth. I would have tried to use some liquid paper or somethin on those chompers before u took this pitcher. I hope you fed him after he posed for this photo. He looks like he hasn't had a decent meal in a few days. This is borderline cruelty. I may have to report you for this. If i had to live with someone who didn't feed me, i'd probalby be after you with an axe also. Do they have electricity where u live? If so, i would have turned the light on so i could see this guy better. The light may have helped make his teeth look whiter too. :P = 7 - jmsetzler

Best of the figurines! Nice lighting and focus. Toys don't scare me, but if they did, this would do it. Good shot. I like the absense of background, makes it seem like it's coming out of nowhere. 8 Swash

Now, that's a mean looking little dude. In one respect, I like the way you've lit it strongly from one side, but in another way, I would have liked it better (I think) if it had been slightly lit from the other side as well. karmat

Could do with a little more lighting on the front. A tin foil reflector would have lifted thje shadows.

Very nice composition. The lighting is a tad harsh, but I like the angle and coverage very much.
