| Well i did vote on this shot i gave it an "8" i agree with the crop on the bottom should be made to take of some of the blur. I think this shot was Under rated as well. Very well done i like the color change on the lighting on the wet road, gives the street light effect. |

| Good idea, effective low angle shot, colorful, sharp. Wonderful. I would prefer cropping out just a bit of the bottom forground. |

| really like this image. Like the DOF used. Composition well done. There is a dynamic quality to this. Things are cropped incompletely but that adds rather than detracts. Very effective, colors well done. 9 |

| Awesome perspective from the street level, love the curb and people on one side and the cars on the other. I am new to "low-key", not sure if neon fits the bill, as I justed started voting, I'll have to check the other entries and come back to this, I love it though. |
