 Picture taken near a small pond on the University Of Colorado, Boulder campus at sunset. It's my favorite place on campus.

-Dodged and Burned to contrast light / shadows
-Adjustment layer colors, to bring out some of the colors in the bridge
-Sponge tool to bring out color of rocks/trees.
-Resize

This is a 10 photo. I love the exposure and color of the stone. The seamless look of the reflections are great.

4 - Looks like good potential. If the focus were either on the foreground reflection or the bridge rather than the background (which looks like the strongest focal area), a variation in composition/framing, a more finely tuned crop and possibly a nudge rotation up on the left, make this better in my opinion. The coloring of the bridge and the light coming onto it, whilst nice, make this overall seem 'busy', especially with the dominant background, in my opinion. If you were aiming for the reflections 'under' and behind the bridge, then a much tighter crop top and bottom would likely have helped this, not sure. Up to 4 from 3.
