Excellent detail here and an interesting subject. I think this would benefit from a slightly less centralised composition, and perhaps if we could see just a little more of the nut under the inner skin.

Great detail and lighting. I wonder how this would look with the peanut place a bit lower in the frame (not a critique, just wondering). Very nice!

Who knew a peanut could look this good? I'd like to see a bit more of the shadow detail on the shell holding the peanut---just in the front rounded bit under the rim.
