 Dropped a few orange flowers into the kid's inflatable swimming pool. Tweaked the contrast and saturation in the RAW conversion, no adjustments made after RAW import, then crop.

Saving as JPG seemed to drop the punch in the contrast a little. I hope it still comes across.

I love the how there is just a touch of orange in the blue. And I really love the one thats out of focus in the background.

Very simple idea that works very well, perhaps a stronger DOF might have added to it IMO but I'm sure you went for this DOF. Lovely complementary colours.

This is lovely and perfect for the challenge. My only nit would be to have the flower in back in more focus, but lovely nonetheless.

would have been better ifn your break away person was in focus. at least in my opinion.

6 - Nice. Like the simplicity and the concept. 'If only' a little sharper focus on the flowers, but difficult. Colors very nice. Composition works as is, in my opinion, but might also lend itself to equally good, (if not better, who knows), variations, to enhance it even more.

I think a less shallow DOF would help this shot. Also I feel it is unbalanced as the negative space to the right is rather useless. The colours however are very nice, and the idea has lots of potential.
