Taken in Raw & Cropped, converted to Jpeg,with no other Changes.The back ground is a painting in the garage for use as a photographic backdrop.
In photo Shop: Shadow Highlights, selected background, Hue/ Sat, invert selection and color range midtone on suject,Hue /sat to required level,carried out healing process on skin blemishes,and minor sharpening, Removed selection.Added blur,Dodge And burn on eyes, and resharpened lowered levels, and added lighting, removed noise,final crop,Added boarder,saved for web and resized

"WOW" factor, as this is an exceptional self portrait, as it looks so natural, and not in any way overdone.

Wonderful job! Could use a touch more contrast - appears milky on my screen.
