| macros are hard because the DOF becomes very shallow. if there was a way for you to increase it here it would make for a better photo. i do like the crop to just photograph part of the flower. would be good for the texture challenge, too, don't you think? -- gr8photos (4) |

| I really like this shot. The only thing that bothers me are the out of focus parts of it. But I think the set-up and cropping of it is great. I'd just like to see it a little sharper. 7 - KDJohnson |

| focus isn't quite sharp enough for this sort of shot. Might be better 'rotated' slightly so the petals fan to a corner, rather than across the image ? |

I don't see the point that is in sharp focus, not that one is always needed, that I like macro shots to have. |

| Good macro. A bit more sharpness is needed though, and I think if you had moved the green part more to one of the corners, the composition would have been a little bit better. Overall nice job. |
