 I don't expect this one to be a ribbon winner but I just had to prove that I could do my absoulutely worst picture better.
I have always hated my first entry. It was done just minutes before the deadline, almost no post processing, bad lighting, bad makeup and ... well.... everything bad.
This time I did the makeup more thoroughly, I used better lighting and tried to make the setting of the mouth less stern. Post processing included RAW processing, darkening the background, sharpening, blurring+overlay for saturation, a little spot healing and cropping.
Hope it scores more than 4,7 this time. ;)

Verulega flott mynd, fín pæling, myndbygging, förðun og litir (kannski smá ýktir þó) og eiginlega best í keppninni (já, líka talsvert betri en hjá Lalla vini mínum). Vel gert!

Well done Unneva, I thought it was the best photograph in the challenge!

Nice, like the complimentary colour usage. Also, there is great clarity on the lips and nose. The crop is very well made also, the only thing I think might improve this is a deeper DOF. A good pic.

the muscles around her mouth are tensed up, which makes her look angry. but anger is good.

Great improvement on the original! Advanced editing can be quite nice. Lighting improved, texture improved and overall finishing much better. Well done. The colors really pop in this one

I'm not sure if this is the norm, but I wanted to wait until after I voted to view the first attempts and them do the comparisons. Now that I've seen the first attempt all I can say is WOW! You've really mastered lighting since the first attempt.

Oh my! This is so impactful with the narrow DOF. That little bit of texture under the nose is a bit "off" for me, but this is GOOOOOD stuff.
