Good exposure, lighting and DOF, not sure I would have centered the subject though. 6-ClubJuggle |

I like the lighting on this, and it is a very good portrait. Watch your background. It almost makes this picture go from a portrait to a snapshot. Still, good work. |

The focus is a lttle soft, and the lighting is a little extreme, moving the model a little more into the shadows. or changing your angle so her face was in more light would have helped. Reflectors are good for this situation. Also, shooting vertically would eliminate a lot of the background. Black and white also is very good for this type of work. |

beautiful title. i like that the background is blurry and that it is (more or less) all one color. the light on the girl's face is very uneven though. in the right of the photo (the left half of her face) it is great, the left of the photo is a combination of shadow and blown-out white. could she have turned so that the light (window?) was more behind her and the lighting on her face more even? it's worht a try. -- gr8photos (4) |

Almost.....I don't like the sun wash on the left outer side of her face, then too dark in the inner part of the left side. I really like her right side! 6 Swash |

The harsh blue lighting on the left side of the face is not very flattering. There needs to be some sparkly and more light in the eyes.

The light on the left side of the face is a bit harsh. The background is slightly distracting as well.
I thknk the subject is good for the photo, if the light was a bit softer on the left side of the face this may of worked better for a portrait. |

I like the play with color, but do note that the eyes are somewhat subdueded in this shot. If you could get a catch light on them (the twinkle reflection) it would add much to the photo. |

shadow on left on face is not flattering. a second light source would be great |

Very nice. Lovely model. My only problem with it is the side lighting seems overly harsh. |

Distracting background and harsh light. Nice expression on her face. |

This would of been so much better if the focus wasn't so soft. Pretty girl. Kee |

Take care with the background, the thing on the left is a bit distracting. |

I think the face should be more to the right, and maybe zoom out a bit. Right now it seems a bit constrained. |
