This is beautifully captured.
To many would allow the focus to be on the shamrocks as well as the stone.
You've positioned it nicely to pick up a bit of the green reflection, also allowing the sky blue to be picked up as well, and wonderful soft lighting.
I love the composition and framing you did as well. |

| I like the clarity of the gem, but the clovers and the band of the ring seem to be a bit dark. I like the way you used the DOF to bring focus to the main subject of the shot though. |

| interesting idea. i think this may have been better if it were all in focus or at least some of the clovers in focus. nice composition though. |

| So are you saying it is a myth that a diamond is a better find? Anyway, the diamond is a bit glary, but the only way to have less glare would be to underexpose. Hard to light this one. Nice dof to frame the diamond. |

| Nice idea, but I am wondering what if the clovers where in focus and the bright shiny object was blurred. Might give a totally differnt feel. |
