I think I can see what the image is showing - disinterested people, commercialism etc. On a message level the picture is interesting. But as a picture, I think it's not quite as strong. The person at the bottom right I'd like to see either more of or less of. The vehicules and buildings are chopped a little arbitrarily.

Interesting idea--love the name of the street

How funny. Too bad the blond next to the light isn't facing the opposite way. then it would look like they were facing four different directions. The lady(?) in the lower left is annoying, but understandably unavoidable. karmat

I love the fact that no one in the photo is interacting with anyone else. There are all in the same place, but in their own worlds. The news van is a good touch.

This is a fine shot, but it seems (I don't know) too casual. Maybe it's the vast number of varied subjects that confuses this shot. I really can't tell what you are "looking at". 4 Swash

San Francisco, right? I like the idea ('Bush'), but with the truck and the Eyewitness News van and the random assortment of people, it feels a little too busy for me. I like shots in the city, and know that many times the people and cars jump into whatever you're wanting to get a shot of, causing this sort of feel. I do like the idea, though.

Bush Street, that's S, isn't it? If anything the title seems a commentary on the Bush presidency. The picture could be about tourists strolling around the Fincl District or the ubiquity of newsstations, Eyewitness 5. I find the link with the corporate world very tenuous. The pic has a snapshot quality to it, such as the arm and head of the woman in the right lower corner. The office building in the background, which for the purposes of this challenge should have been the focal point gets little attention. Since you had access tothe financial district you should have had plenty of opportunity to do Corporate World type shots.
