Don't know if this is really pastel enough, but I like it. In Japantown in SF, took the same night as my free study.
Blew out some highlight in the lights, but I wanted to have a lighter tone to the whole shot.
PP: from top to bottom. curves, selective color, channel mixer, photo filter, curves, curves, hue/saturation, curves, ,levels. resize once Neat image and then resize again, save for web.

This is one of the most accurate and funny comments I think I have ever gotten. Totally nailed the photo and how I tried to shoehorn a photo to fit the challenge. |

This is different and interesting! I think you should crop more of the bottom left, off, so the main focus is on the unusual lighting. |

interesting photo, but the pastels are too subtle to avoid it being seen as a black/white picture, imho |
