| Augh - I'm having flashbacks to cleaning my deck, here.... Them otion blur is a nice effect, but I think I'd like it better if the shutter had been a little quicker - the blur here is enough that (at least for me) it makes looking at them hard on the eyes. I like the decision to shoot them against just the cloudy sky - the color contrast is particularly striking. |

| I tried this same shot...very difficult and finally gave up and did not enter...you did nice job with the helicopter idea. |

| I use to love these things. I actually thought of these myself, but could not find any. Tough challenge to shoot these. I like that they have a motion blur to them, shows they fly. Did you try shooting from a bit farther away with a longer exposure time to get a blur down the path of their flight? That is what I had thought of. Probably need a lot less lighting to get that though. |

| Cool, I thought about trying this, too (but didn't). Good sense of motion, but maybe a little faster exposure would have left the viewer a little detail to see. Sky seems slightly grainy, I only use ISO 100, to me, grain is bad. Framing is very nice. 7 Rob the Swash |

| Interesting photo, certainly original. I'm not sure the motion blur really comes through tho. It would have been good had you got the seed part sharp and the wing part in motion blur. But I guess something like that would be quite difficult. |

| This was a good idea. Your attempt falls a little short because there isn't enough here for interest. The noise doesn't bother me but I do think your shutter could of been open a bit longer. Definitely on the challenge..good going. |
