I'm thinking the processing has really removed any resemblance to a photo. I'm sure this would have scored better as a high contrast B&W than how it is presented.

His eyes really lack emotion with this post processing

I like the post-processing done here, except the eyes. I think they should be a bit darker.

looks like a sabbattier effect

not crazy about the PP work here...just personal preference

Came back to this image several times. Not comfortable with the PP treatment but the intensity of the expression blasted through....... bumping this one up several notches to an 8.
Very nice.

There is something strange about the pupils of his eyes.

I imagine you are getting blasted for the hotspots on the face and the post processing in generall but I really like this. 7

I kinda like the post processing, but the eyes don't look quite right, they seem to pop out over the top lids. But overall a great idea :)

Amazingly expressive eyes. I'm not too keen on the post processing, the white areas on his cheeks, nose and forehead look strange. Title suits the image perfectly and the shot certainly has a hypnotic fascination. I'll give you an 8, may bump up later.

Nice shot. There is a feel of heavy processing that usually doesn't go well with voters.

Interesting concept, but I think that the prcoessing has taken it in the wrong direction, I'd have been tempted to go darker.
