I love the shadows and the background helps the cute critter look more interesting. I wish he were a little bit sharper, but I still like your image.

Isn't he cute? Reminds me of The Lion King (the movie) which is one of my favorites and he's my favorite character, too!

Very nice capture. Great focus and clarity on the meerkat and your blurred background offers great colors and patterns that compliment him well without being overpowering. Has a "wild" feel to it. Excellent work. 8
