Special shapes balloons being inflated for the nighttime glow event - this one is the Sun Face. I met a photog from the UK who let me try his 15mm fisheye and I was in love - had to get one!
Resized for easier working, cloned out power lines on the lower left, exposure, levels, contrast, saturation.

Interesting perspective. I almost didn't realize those are people and the balloon is huge. There's more potential here if you brighten the shadows. A simple curves adjustment and some masking would work or a shadow/highlights adjustment or if shot in RAW convert this several times and blend in the conversions to maximize your tonal range.

Wonderful fisheye picture. Great lines and composition. Maybe just a tad higher in the saturation (not much though). Have you finishing top 10, good luck.
