This photo makes me want to see this structure in person. Like it could be in a flier advertising the place. Hope you let us know what kind of place it is. Very odd. Definately original, lighting is good. There is nothing you can do about the reflections, so I'm not even going to comment on them. Great job centering the center thing. Good luck in the challenge. |

Yup, looks pretty bizarre to me, too. I think I would have like this better without the cloud's shade on the hills behind. (yes, hard to ask for, but the hills seem pretty dark) I've seen this building (I think), but I can't remember where, it's really new, an art center if I remember correctly. You have a really nice pic of a really cool place, good job. 9 Swash |

Meets challenge:Looks new in the modern sense, especially compared to the mountains. Technical aspects:A bit too centered but lighting and exposure is good. Artistic Merit:ok Suggestions: maybe try a few different compositions. I think I'd try to isolate the tower against the mtns minus the rest of the structure to enhance the "Other world" look. Glad to see some blue sky...nice picture. |

you could have chosen a better position closer to the church (?) nice subject. |

VERY cool subject. Though I am confused (visually) by the dark hillside blending with the tower. I might have cropped out to just the top of the tower against the low ridge. 8 |

This building definitely looks out of place based on its surroundings. It's awkward looking yet photogenic. Nicely framed with a beautiful sky in the background and lots of green balancing out the blue sky and reflections. Good job. Score: 6 Courtenay |

I love the subject matter on this, but find the photo itself not as interesting. It still feels like a holiday snap. Have you any where you zoomed in on that wonderful roof? 5, Kavey |

Vertical alignment might be effective here, and closer vantage point or closer cropping. |

It would have been more dynamic if you could have taken this from another angle to avoid the tall element being so dead center. Otherwise quite all right. |

I can't correlate this with something new..... |
