I really like this. Very creative. The only thing that might add would be a less-blue cast to the whites.

This would be better if the spots weren't so obviously those little sticky dots. You've also got a funky double shadow going on.

I love this for the cute and clever side of it. I do wish the white of the background was a truer white, but still well done overall. Good luck in the challenge.
