I'm sorry this didn't do better. For me, the capture - that look - completely overwhelmed any technical issues. He seems like he's furrowing his brows. Your title was right on the money. I like the coat - it looks like a cape and makes him/her into an antlered superdogdeer. Much enjoyed :)

haha, she does NOT look impressed!! Lovely focus and crop and just look at those super curly ears!! My only thought is the blackness in the background, i'm just not keen and think i may have been a nicer photo with a little more light!!

3 - A little snapshottish in my opinion - but may be your intent. Variation in flash/lighting and background, maybe also losing the 'coat' for this portrait, may have made this even better.

looks like you used the on-camera flash here ... makes the lighting on your cute dog look harsh ...

Poor dog! What we put our puppies through for DPC! The focus on the face is a little too soft for my taste - I would have post processed a little to bring out the indignance a little more
