I like the patterns of color in this image. The dark mood of the bar seduces me. I wish this image delivered more in the silhouettes...were the profiles more distinctive, the heads turned a bit more toward each other, I might have felt the subjects connecting more strongly to each other and, by extension, to me as the viewer. Were I cropping this, I would have trimmed the black window frame(?) from the left so that it would balance with the open colors on the right...then cropped up a bit from the bottom as there is no real need for the extra black nor that annoying little object in the lower left.

| I think this is a great idea, but the perspective is what hurts this shot. The columns and the lights at the top are a big distraction and make it a little too busy. It might have worked better if you were in the same room as the bar. It would be interesting to see all the bottles against their colored background with the silhouettes of the people in front of them. |

| I really like this picture. The colors, rectangles and silhouettes are great. The only problem that I have is that I'm not sure it says "for sale". |

How 'bout an alt title: "Dinner with the Devil" (the silhouette is a bit frightening!)
Wonderful colors & composition is functional but I would have preferred something closer or more compelling.

| This looks like the bar on 7th Ave near the Village. I tried to photographed it and one the owners gave me a hard time even from outside. Very nice capture. |
