| I've always liked the solitude and mystery of woods, so this photo resonates with me. There's something in the color and balance of composition that doesn't quite feel right, though. I think it may be the large tree center left seems almost like it is blocking me from entering the photo. I also think it may be just a bit dark. |

| i know what you're after, but feel you're not quite getting there, yet. other than being in the woods, i'm not sure what you want me to look at. when out walking, look for the images that will give your viewers something to connect to, that will keep them with you. |

| Simple and well done image but IMHO it lacks a main subject to draw the eyes to and lacks that "wow" factor many voters are looking for in a best of challenge. |

| I really looked hard, but I couldn't find anything in this photo. Am I missing something other than trees and brush? |

| I look at this and I want to be kind, but my mind says, 'so...' there's nothing that really grabs my attention here, it's just a shot of the ground |
