Hello, this is Inma (Imagine74)
First Impression: beautiful picture
Composition: the detail of the wood of the right side gives a difference to the window.
Subject: perfect for the challenge
Technical: good use of colours, textures and saturation
Improvement: perhaps the window was too centered
Summary: nice approach to this topic |

marvelous study of colors and textures. this image works for me on many, many different levels. probably a bit too subtle for this challenge, though. |

I will never look at another old window without expecting to see Jean-Jacques peering down into his spectacles. Nice shot. |

Seems to exist almost completely in the lighter half of the spectrum - I feel no depth of tonality in this image. The flattening effect of this - the apparent absence of real shadow - is quite eye-catching, and quite strange: although rationally we can deduce that there are objects closer and further away from us, there is almost no visual clue to immediately suggest that. |

The textures here are astounding - nicely composed, as well. A bit lacking in depth & the blown/bleeding greens are distracting. |
