i'm only 60% the way through, but i do have to say, this is my candidate for last place. there are some that will finish lower, just because, but if i had my pick, this would be it. not that it's a bad photo; i just don't see how you would pick this to represent the best of your year photographically. really makes me curious as to what else you did last year with your camera... |

The lighting seems too harsh, but in a cave, I'm not sure there is much you could do about this. |

try and not use the flash next time the lightings a bit harsh imho |

Stalactites "cling tight" to the ceiling.
Stalagmites grow from the ground and are mighty...

This doesn't look appealing. Looks like you used a flash, light from that is harsh. |
