| The capture of the flamingo is nice, as is the water dripping from beak. Something looks a little off on the composition - maybe not quite straight. |

| sorry, but this just doesn't work for me. the base image is fine, it's just that the processing could really use a tune up. |

| I like that you kept the reflection in colour but I wouldnt of left amy other components of the background undesaturated |

IMO the selective dessaturation is not a good choice here
At least you should't have left the green on the middle top of the image |

| Not fond of the tilt. Beautiful bird but the photo seems dull/too dark. |

| I like the selective color - it helps to focus the viewer on the flamingo even thought the position of the bird isn't so compelling (with its back to us) There is some odd green left in the bushes/grass inthe back and yellow in the water wich is distracting. Rotating counter clockwise would look better. |

Nice selective Desaturation, the only thing that kills this shot for me is the green hose at the top, IMO you should have cloned it out o cropped it to make the shot better.
