Slightly too dark for me though suspect it was intentional. Interesting composition, nice light and shadows.

| Very creative and a nice use of color. I'd like it if it were a little sharper and if there wasn't a secondary horizontal shadow near the top of the upper left strip of light. |

| Very clever. Added effect with the almost creepy fence like shadow. lighting is great and I love how he kind of looks like he's hovering there. Positioning in the photo is very nice ad I love the background. Wouldn't change a thing. Great job and good luck in the challenge. |

| I would have liked to see the shadows come from the pencil... not sure if the pencil is upright or laying down... Also, the angle moving from mid low left to lower right corner break a dynamic shadow moving the opposite direction. |

Imaginative. Nice work - good quality as well. I like the softness/graniness of the backgrown and the colors. Great lighting effect! I can't decide if I like it straight in the center (and yes it does meet the overly stressed rule of thirds) The use of light and shadows is great. Nice work 7
