You know, the whole George W. Bush, axis of evil thing. Hopefully it wasn't too vague. Maybe I should have gone with "White House Printing Office" rather than "Printed in the U.S.A.". Also, I'm not actually sure if Kim Jong-il eats fortune cookies, but I thought this would suggest North Korea.

I can't comprehend how anyone can score this photo a 1 or 2..or anything below a 5. Photos aren't entirely personal opinion, if you don't like the subject matter, you still need to score points based on technical merit [I know, I've said that a hundred times]. The framing, lighting and texture are all great in this shot.

Just as a response to thelsel's explanation of this photo, you should know that fortune cookies originate purely from the marketing culture of Chinese restaurants in the US. They don't come from Korea, China, or anything truly Asian... but in any case, I still stand by my earlier comment that this is a good photo.

Good overall exposure. Though the lighting angle seems to be a bit too much to the rear, which shadows the message. Overall a very good effort and well themed for the challenge. 9

One of my top scores of the week, because: 1) You actually know what propaganda is. 2) You made an interesting image. 3) Your image can stand alone without exposition in the title!!! So really, you're one of only a handful who didn't really irk me...

I'm not voting on this one but wanted to tell you this is perfect. Very well done and understated, just the type of thing that makes effective propaganda. Good job.

I like this idea and the image is strong and clean but I'm missing something. Next to be broken/ attacked BY the USA or next to be attacked WITHIN the USA? I'm just not clear on what the message actually is.

Ahh,,, Photographically. Very good, I would have tidy up a bit. Removed some of the stray crumbs. A little post challenge spot editing will perfect this shot.

Conceptually, one of the best, if not the best of the challenge.

Well executed, lighting is fantastic.

It also helps that I share the sentiment, whether you were being serious or not.
