 I know its advanced editing, but Im still not a PS guru so this will do. I like it!

Edits:

-Selective desat for skind tones.
-Cloned out distracting hair/blemishes.
-Slightly dimmed the orange (very very bright neon orange construction paper).
-Dogded/Burned here and there to light the eyes and fix some uneven skin tones.

It needs a little work with the focus and lighting, but I like the interesint composition you've used here. Nice shot!
