Seems to be a yellowish cast. In the future, try something other than dead center facing the camera. I know that self-portraits can also be hard to focus sharply; I wonder if some sharpening in processing would've improved the focus here.

Nice and soft feel to this.

White balance should be set up to avoid yellowish-redish tones next time. Needs more contrast as well, it is underexposed (needs more light) and composition is flat for me. Well, good view for a passport photo, but you could make it more interesting with a different angle. I think this will not do well in this challenge...

Good even lighting and very natural pose and smile. A bit of color correction to remove some of the yellow would give this a more natural appearance.

Nice shot, to me it looks as though there is a yellow cast however which detracts from the picture.

I Know zilch but this is my opinion, please don't take offence

For some reason I really love the reddish tint around the edges of the hair!

Nice idea, but the lighting and the angle make it look too much like a snapshot. It would have been nice to see you light yourself from only one side and do the pic in B&W for a more dramatic effect.

skin has a red cast to it ... also not very sharp

A little work on the eyes would raise this up a notch. You can use the ellipse selection tool to select just the irises and pupils, then play with color adjustments and add sharpness, to let the windows to your soul shine. :)
