This is amazing my photo went from 3.3 to 3.9, I would be rich by now if it was a stock!
And for those who critiziced for having childrens' hands in the picture: they were midgets ok MIDGETS I tell you. Thanks very much for a couple of positive comments, one word of praise overshadows a thousand criticisms.

Pets are the best. Even hamsters I guess. 6.

Looks like we have some childrens hands in this photo. However, since the challenge didn't specify childrens body parts, I have to assume that it meets the challenge. I would think they also meant no childrens body parts, but since it isn't specified I have to give you benefit of the doubt. The angle and lighting are good. The little hamster definately depicts an aspect of childhood. Good luck in the challenge.

That's really sweet. Children just love cute little animals like this. I can sense the awe....Congrats on a nice shot.

This does not appear to mett the spirit of the challenge, as there appear to be children's hands in the photograph.

i think this violates the spirit of the challenge. this clearly has children in it, whereas the challenge specifically stated not to. as a photo, it's ok. good positioning, but it's cluttered and the light is harsh (flash).

Sorry, but for me, even having a "part" of a child in your picture is not within the spirit of the challenge. Cute shot though! lhall

I'm sorry, but the challenge clearly said "without children". :-(

Nice idea. I'd like a closer crop and maybe rearrangement of the extra hands so that pretty much the whole background was flesh rather than the blue cloth.

I see children's hands!

There are not supposed to be children in the photo, no? Those look like children's hands to me!

You're hearing it a lot huh? I decided ultimately that this was in the SPIRIT OF THE CHALLENGE despite the children's hands. (Perhaps they're adults, but if so, it's just not obvious enough)

Doesn't meet the challenge, this picture could not have been made without the children that stick their hands in the image. Nice picture though.

I like the idea however the challenge states without children and even though this is just the childs hands...I feel it didn't meet the challenge

I like the idea of this picture. It captures curiosity, and the desire to touch and experience things which is so much a part of childhood, and an adult guiding, showing them.

This is an interesting photo, but I'm not sure that it qualifies for the challenge... Kids, in my opinion, includes parts of kids too :( - jmsetzler
