jmsetzler: Thanks. Haven't had time to enter, but hopefully I can at least do some once in a while.
magnetic9999: Yes, I traded in my D1x. Canon's chip is far superior -- noiseless. Definitely a great buy. I really want the 1D or 1Ds...
amsmyth: Thanks. |

Great action and color! DOF is also used very well. Too sad that the bush disturbs at the lower left.
You should have been way closer: the two kitties look very friendly, don't they? Good luck. |

Absolutely stunning shot! The colors of the tigers against the white makes a dramatic contrast great job |

Great action shot with super clarity. A bit worried (for you)about how you managed to get this shot..with no obvious protection...........a moat and telescopic lens ? |

Woah! Is this at a zoo... and was whatever is in the tigers mouths just fresh dead? if so AMAZING shot... I would have cropped this more into a panorama kind of... or a much skinnier vertical... and really tried to get rid of the distracting surroundings. |

What does the tiger on the right have in his mouth?
Nice capture, the branches in the front are a little distracting though. |

This would have done great in the Action challenge also. Beautiful shot with nice colors and clarity. I might have tried reducing the brightness on the right side, but it might have ruined the lighting on the left. |

I just have to keep coming back to look at this shot. It is so incredible that it's hard to believe. This would have been amazing for the action challenge, wouldn't it?? Terrific shot, what more can I say? |

Good action capture. Is the left one tearing up a real animal (not that I mind)? Pretty wild stuff. :)
Good job on the exposure given the snowy white conditions. Great colors, good use of shallow dof. 8 |

wow, that's awesome (the cats and your timing). Very clear and sharp. Hope very much that you put this story in your comments. Nice work. |

Wo! This would have been the winner in the action shot. The sharpness is excellent and the stop action is great. Good luck. Jacko. 10 |

very awesome action shot of the little kitties..... 10 for great color, sharpness, composition, wish I could give it a 12 |

Wow. Great capture. The only thing that distracts is the branches in the front. I know there probably isn't much you could have done about that, so I won't let it affect my scoring. 8 |

Great action capture but the brambles in the left FG are mildly distracting. Must have been exciting to see them playing in the snow. Good job stopping the action with the snow aloft and the paw batting at the ground. |

Awesome action shot!
Bummer about the tire though, wonder if you could have cloned it out. It just looks so unnatural.
Good capture regardless. |

What a beautifully clear and colorful picture! Wow.....was this taken in the wild? I'd have been running instead of taking pictures! :) 10 + |
