I'm excited to see where this ends up since it's barely scoring in the 7s right now (posting in via more details for Critique Club), but unfortunately I'm going to be gone from Friday, July 27th through August 4th hiking 50 miles in the Olympic National Park with my family. I've sent in validation early in case this makes top 5.

Editing
RawShooter essential 2006:
Color Temperature - 4400, Tint - 5, Exposure compensation - 0.22, Fill Light - 52, Shadow contrast - 63, Highlight contrast - 84, everything else at zeros.
Photoshop:
little be of shadow/highlight, levels, color balance (get the reds), lil bit of saturation, healing brush (bunch of little things), resize, USM.

Soli Deo Gloria - only to the glory of God.

The composition, color and exquisite detail make this photo stunning. I would have liked to see more variation/gradients in the color values to bring out a sense of movement. No doubt this one will land Top 10 at the very least. I'm not voting this challenge, but wish you Good Luck!

Great rhythm here. Nicely imagined and captured. It feels a little too sharp and a litle over exposed. But that's just an opinion.
