 I was here alot last week. At the burial for my dad, and then visiting his and my mom's grave. To me, it seemed like such noble rythm, and very personal at this time in my life.

Sandy, I'm back for a second comment. This shot could be used to demonstrate so many things about good photography. First, there's that strong horizon line that is nicely off-center vertically. Then, there are the patterns in the graves that you caught so well, and at such a nice angle instead of face-on. I also really like the contrast between the hard-edged, manmade gravestones and the soft, organic shapes of the trees. And finally, there's the light, the glorious light!

I felt that a grayish color, or by using a yellow-black duotone would have potrayed the mood of the photo better. However I am just a new bie..so I might be wrong...

This is very nice, the lighting and exposure are spot on for a late day shot. The coloring is perfect for a cemetary photo.

Wow - I love how you can trace various "lines" of green. Definitely very rhythmical. I also like the complementary colors and soft feel.

The only thing I can complain about is that you can see (especially around that middle stone) the selective sharpening/blurring.
