 18mm, the red hue is the reflection of city lights which are behind me in the atmoshpere... except low on the horizon, where predawn light is showing up from below the horizon.

Adjust contrast, levels, shadows & highlights, h&s, usm, reduce noise, color variations

good contrast photo, nice touch to brighten up the rain with a flash/light
