 Crop, Sharpen, selective color, saturation, contrast, burn & dodge, and a little bit of cloning for some dead speckles on the leaf.

I almost panicked with this one - I really wanted to sumbit something for shadows, but couldn't think of anything until the last minute. Then I didn't get around to editing until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, right when DPC closed down briefly for maintenance. :)

A very well thought out image..probably too understated for challenge entry.. which is a great shame as it benefits greatly from a lingering look allowing the viewer to appreciate the subtleties.
