This is an amazing achievement... I haven't tried this technique yet, but when I do, I may be tapping your brain for ideas! :-) |

Congratulations on the PB! way to go :) Great looking shot with nice clarity and DOF control. And I noticed the day it was shot, if it was intended so it's a very befitting commemoration. |

This is sweeet! I'm not a big fan of borders but in this case it kind of complements :) |

You know how many times I have tried this and can't get it right. I wish I had a teacher next to me showing me how. (sigh)
Excellent job! |

I truly loved the original, but yours is easily an equal and maybe a tad bit better5. I like that your flags are right-side-up and so clear.
You did a great job. I think if the 'water drops' effect hadn't been so popular lately, this would have placed much higher.

What ba shame it didn't stay in the sevens, and so so close to that magical "7" score, but still a wonderful image from you, in this very strong challenge.

Nice and sharp. My only quibble would be that there seems to be a pinkish color cast to the whole image. It could be me. |

Seems the drops on glass technique is getting quite alot of use lately but this is a GREAT example of why it WORKS! Bravo to you! *7* |

Nice going with the tilt... avoids the controversy about upside-down flags!! |

Unfortunately the subject isn't as good as the original, but a great interpretation of one of my all time favourite ribbions. |

I've seen this done many times before but it is STILL a wonderful optical illusion that really draws the eye in. You did an excellent job in capturing the refracted flag in each and every waterdrop. I like how this composition also has varying sizes in each waterdrop for it creates visual interest & increases the visual appeal of the overall composition. Color and lighting is great in your capture. Well done. |

Well done photo! I wondered whether someone would do this. Here's hoping you don't get the same anti-American non-photographic rants the original did. |

These shots never cease to amaze me! This is as excellent as the original ribbon winner! In my opinion, definitely one of the top very few -- prob'ly 3 (at least it should be). GOOD LUCK! |

I tried to duplicate this one, but gave up after getting nowhere near nailing it. Excellent job! And you got the flag right side up and clearer stars than the original. |
