Too small. OK, maybe there are three people here with two sets of feet and a face that can't be attached to those feet, but is it a portrait? Interesting composition that could be a very interesting shot if it was technically better and in a different challenge. |

I don't see how this is a group portrait with three people? |

I don't see that the challenge was met here. |

how could this be a group portrait? |

OK, I would love you to PM me and tell me how this meets the challenge.. I reckon you are shooting for the brown deliberately.. truely dull and inspiring.. 2 |

if this is a group, I can't detect it. Just not sure what you're going for here. |

Sorry, it doesn't quite work for me. The blue is a nice touch. |

I like your idea, The silhouette of the feet isn't bad. I do wish the photo itself weere larger and that you had taken full advantage of the 640 allowable pixels. |

I would like to see the top cropped more |

Love the concept but (and I bet I am not the first to say this so sorry) just a bit too small to do it justice |

It took me a minute to figure out how this applies to the Group Portrait title. I like it |

I understand what you are trying to do here with the feet holding the"world" and the person lying prone and static on the floor I just don't think that many people here will find it to be a true group shot even though there are three people in it.
That being said I think the crop could do away with the black at the top to help keep the focus on the subject. |

I think you might have a nice concept here, but it is so dark I can hardly recognize anything. (3) |

I would have liked this alot better had it been exicuted a little better. It looks as though you are taking a photo of something on a television or something. |

I think I see all 3 people, but what's the garbage at the top of the white screen? And the black triangle at the top is also distracting. |

It is kind of unclear if there are three people in the photo |

Where is the group? where is the portrait? |

with some better staging this would have been fantastic! as it is, the menu bar at the top of the screen is reallly distracting. |

Uhhhhh, ya lost me on this one... sorry. I don't get how it fits into the challenge at all. |
10/03/2007 08:14:16 AM |
creative, but not a group portrait |
10/03/2007 08:09:27 AM |
Perhaps I'm dumb, but ... er ... where's the group?
Wrong challenge? |
10/03/2007 06:54:00 AM |
i don't think it fits to the challenge, and the pic is too small |
10/03/2007 03:26:09 AM |
interesting...but i dont truly understand the picture |
10/03/2007 01:54:01 AM |
There are three people in there somewhere? Hmmmm. I don't see them. |

I find this too dark. The contrast of the feet with the ball works but the ball is so dark and barely there woudl like to see it almost glow a richer, brighter blue. Not sure the purpose of the face shadow underneath. The screen displaying computer symbols is a little distracting as well. |

Not sure how this even remotely meets the challenge. |

Too small. Must be a new to DPC. Please read the tutorial about how to resize picture for DPC. Portrait for me should include a face. Sorry doesn't work for me. |
