| Interesting ridges in the tree. More contrast would really bring out the subject. Looks like you found a great subject for the challenge. The abstract waves in the ridges make this composition fairly interesting. Post processing by bringing out the darks would really make this pop. |

| Indistinct detailing, and small contrast ruins this. Could have been a contender, but the quality of the shot lets it down badly. In terms of the organisation compositionally it is well done though. |

| Nice idea and composition but the general low technical qiality of this image hurts it. |

| good texture but sort of drab in your tonal range. I'd like to see the blacks, blacker to give it more punch. |

| This is a neat looking abstract and does fit the challenge. I wish for a little sharper focus and more contrast. |
