| congrats on your blue, but honestly this doesn't really appeal to me. The focus on the lashes is very harsh compared to the iris and skin which seem too smooth to me, the pencil being out of focus and the harsh lines in the catch light also make this less appealing for me |

Now this is so far outside the box, your not even in the same room as the box. It is great to see this kind of approach to this challenge. It is very creative and has so much going for it. Thank goodness this was in advanced editing it allowed you to be totally creative and bring us this wonderful image.
I love the focus it is spot on and the contrast is beautiful. This has a welcome feel to it and the use of colour pulls us in. Very nicely done. |

| The b/w conversion with color is so incredibly well done - The lightness of the skin and and darkness of the lashes really help this one jump off the page. You have done an excellent job of using diagonals to focus our attention and create life in the image. |
