 Stainless steel egg whisk with blue cardboard background, halogen light reflected on red cardboard from the left, halogen light reflected on yellow cardboard on the right.

I was in doubt whether to take the F8 version with maximum DOF, or the F2.4 version, which has more vague lines. I chose the F8 here.

Editing : Neatimage, dark clamp in lower left corner removed, few dust specs and scratches on the yellow surface cloned out, slight curves applied.

This is one of my favs.An excellent depiction of the challenge. Amazing colors, great DoF and the composition just brings it all together. I'm sorry to say I have nothing constructive to say about this shot. When it's good, it's good! Score: 10 Great job and good luck!

like the red, purple, gold color combo very much and very good composition. I like the patterning of the negative DOF of the two blaces crossing the others behine. but my eyes and my brain are not accepting their near invisibility or their thickness at their bright points. very nice and very good for this challenge.

The colours in this just reach out and grab me and I love the way this really uses the whole frame so well. I like your choice to focus on the head of the handle and throw the two nearest spokes out of focus. Lighting is also just right.

I feel your depth of field which causes the two front wisk to be out of focus in some instance makes it feel like motion, but IMO I would of like to see it Sharp
