Jean, I'm surprised by the final scoring, I'd still love to have this hanging in my living room,...and I have good taste, just ask my Mother..... Great picture.

Interesting photo in terms of the angle, colors, and shadow. Where is this?

It's really hard to tell what this is .. almost looks like astroturf. Maybe a different perspective would be better.

I like the composition, and the colors are wonderful, but, my goodness the place looks so barren! The top right corner gives me the oddest feeling that there is a huge cliff dropping off there, and it makes me feel kind of anxious. Moderate to high impact for me. lhall-7

Wonderful pic. I love the colors. It almost looks like felt. You get a 10.

I love the colr and the feeling of depth. The texture is interesting: it almost seems like a warm blanket. I like the railing both in the foreground and the background. Curious to see where this is. Thanks for sharing. :-) 7, just-married

I would like to have seen a horizon line, I suspect there are more sands like this further out

OK, I'm back. this image is just so wierd, Is that a landscape? Are they blankets or hides drying in the sun? I am too firmly rooted in the real world, I guess. Anyways I like the image and will give it a 9 because it disturbs me so.

I must say I'm confused at what I'm looking at... it looks like a bed -- the terrain looks too perfect to be actual hills... whatever this is, it's an interesting shot!
