Many thanks to everybody for their kind and helpful comments. It was surprising and exciting to see the score climbing from about 6.3 to nearly 7. Yes, there were both ups and downs on the way too.
The morning itself was actually quite cold, both literally and colour temperature wise. The latter could be adjusted during raw conversion and then Photographic warm-up filter in CS2. Added some contrast too. And that was it.

The somber mood of a foggy time is nicely enhanced by the yellowish color. Having the bridge reflection contribute a set of circles adds an interesting and unexpected bit of geometry. Nice composition.

This seems to be a good attempt, but all mist with no clarity or contrast detracts from the quality.

The colour toning is a little strong, in my opinion, but I like the scene, muted by the mist, very much.

There is a lot of noise in this photo which have been intentional, but I don't like the sky. However, the perspective is very nice.
