I thought this was the most original out of the fire"place" shots. The texture is terrific and I like how you made this feel like a diptych. |

maybe a little focal point on the ember in each pane would make this more interesting.....but this is unique |

I can feel the heat but I miss some definition here and don't understand the necessity of the black framing. |

Lovely warm tones but could have been expanded via levels or curves to use more of the top end for increased contrast. I feel this could be sharper, perhaps this is due to the resize for submission - I always do a final USM (100, 0.5, 0) after the resize |
