The bird isn't distinct enough from the background. Interesting looking bird, though.

Now that's a freaky looking pigeon! Seems a bit blurry, could be from the movement of the bird. A higher ISO might help.

I think a shallower DOF would make the bird stand out more

kinda fuzzy probably from camera movement. Very important to focus on the eyes. colors and contrast and saturation all ok.

It's a different looking pigeon than the ones I'm used to seeing. He's colored well to blend in with his native surroundings.
