After challenge: Man, I have been having a TERRIBLE time with my photos' colors getting all whacked out when I save them for web! I had to jury rig the original of this so much to keep it from blasting you with reds and magentas. . .I got it to where it looked great on my 2 monitors. . .but I understand it still looks red/magenta on others. DARN! I'm not sure what to do about that but I am seriously working on it!

I was wondering if this was yours. You have this magic touch with capturing animals. I cannot quite find a way to describe it. I love this soft and gentle moment. There is a pinkish hue on mine but hey, maybe it quite fits that love theme you have here :)

hey sandy .. love your editing & such a beautiful moment you have captured .. the colours look ok on my monitor .. a bit magentaish, but nothing that detracts .. great photograph which should have got a better score in my opinion .. :)

Wow...I cant believe how well you capture the fur, you have textured it so that I can almost feel its softness.

The other thing that stands out for me are the facing lions eyelids as I dont think I have ever seen these in such detail and I am genuinely fascinated by them

As ever a wonderful animal shot that stops the viewer dead in their tracks when it opens on screen

Did you figure out the red thing yet? This really is a lovely shot - very soft and gentle for such big kitties.

Love the feeling in this one. Great capture of the moment.
About the color, speaking of Photoshop CS, when saving for web it doesn't convert the color profile to sRGB, so when working with RAW I many times forget to switch to that manually before saving or else the colors look muted.

You've captured a great moment here. I'm missing a lot of the texture and details, I don't know if it's the processing but it feels over-blurred.
