Thanks again for all the great feedback!

For boyd2000, the background is lit with a snooted SB-600
The flower is backlit with another snooted SB-600 and an frontlit with an SB-800 in a softbox
I think there was also a piece of white paper as a reflector under the flower

Nice start to the macro side challenge with these three flower images. I also like the composition of this one and the lighting is also very good.....

I really like this with the pinkish background. This orchid stands out incredibly well and the details are great. I especially like the green stem.

The back light and the color of the BG makes this little flower stand out. I like the technique. It's almost like a shadow box shot.

There actually isn't any vignetting, it's done with a lighted background.
