This was a hedge of two different flowering plants. I set the shutter at a slow speed and the f stop at a small aperture and zoomed while releasing the shutter.

The black line on the right side is distracting for the rest of the photo

I would classify this as another common abstract, that almost seems too easy for this challenging theme. Blurry, indeed. But it's hard to call this messy, or chaotic, when it has little "out of control" elements that would suggest it wasn't a completely planned consequence of of a planned camera action. That's what makes this challenge so difficult to navigate. This is a situation where a different subject may have helped - something nebulous, fragmented, or amorphous that you couldn't account for how the light may have played out - but would have an interesting, engaging result. This describes what I was looking for, elementally speaking, in this challenge. I did find a precious few that fit this description.

Are these flowers? That's what it looks like to me - though I won't use my guess in the scoring here. Either way, this seem like an average abstract.

Not poor by any means, but nothing outstanding either.

Great obnoxious colors and zoom. Fun and annoying all at once.

The colours work really well, definitely meets challenge, only very slight negative is the patch of black on the right gets a little too much of my attention

Vortexual. I just made that word up - like it? Very vibrant and definitely chaotic.

Good use of the zoom, very vertiginous, too bad about the black void on the right.
