Was really looking forward to this challenge this week. I was really rackin my brain for a good idea though. I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but what I was invisioning just wasn't turning out. I really hate that. I finally had an idea with some serious lights moving, like the movie Fast and Furious. They use this type of action, or effect for when the cars are really flyin.
I am on vacation in San Diego, CA. where I was born. This is a shot of downtown. My setup was really cake, I set the camera on a tripod, set the timer for 2 Seconds and tried zooming in and out, then going in and out of focus, and then both. I found this one to be the best of my bunch. It was simply me hitting the trigger, then zooming in quick and then zooming out slowly to get this type look. I hope this is what everyone thinks blurry mess is, or at least likes my take. I really like the outcome, and hope others enjoy as well.
