Just some tired girl going to her work somewhere in the city. Worked mainly with the saturation and contrast of the image, nothing fancy.

The hairstyle of the girl in the commercial photo glued to the side of the bus which is being reflected by the window of the car on the left is the same as the hairstyle of the girl that is dreaming to became just as beautiful or maybe just go home and have a rest and whose backhead you photographed. So, there's the face...

I have no idea what this picture is doing this far down in the ranks I gave it a nine (I only gave 3 out and one 10). Easily one of the more interesting photos in this challenge, I never considered it finishing more than a page back.

Don't you love when people list all the interesting things about your photo as if they are flaws? Consider it a litany of honor.

i'm not sure what you meant the subject to be.

Great shot, although I would have liked to see more of the inside of the bus. But the way her head is leaning on a window... thats how i feel every time im on a bus!! Good work! 9

Ok, I'm a big believer in portraits from behind. Sometimes a person's face distracts us from her humanity. Or maybe I'm just looking for any excuse to give such a beautiful picture a high score.

So besides leaning her head on the window, what is she doing? Is she reading, napping listening to music?

Strangely evocative feel here. The use of B&W allows an abstraction that lets the strong division of the inner and outer environments play against each other, and the feeling of meloncholy "alone in the crowd" vibe work well. That said, no face, no eyes, no pretty colors, the voters should hammer you. Dont let that stop you, this is a nice peice of work.

terrific use of thirds, weary urban commuter catching some zzzs on the way in, 7

hmmm, I am not too fond of portraits of the backs of heads. Furthermore, the extremely light left side draws all the attention way from the subject.

Kind of a bad angle. Back of heads work in some cases, but not in this one. You also are very overexposed on one half of the image, which causes an unattractive contrast.

interesting slant on this challenge and well done

far from being a portrait; not even enough to explore here to make for a good candid; overexposed in left half.

Interesting perspective,,,
